Description:
Community created music visuals for iOS.tappr.tv is a new kind of entertainment app for iOS that let's users make and publish their own music visuals, called dances, using over 100 visual wands. Each wand uniquely responds to the user's touches with bursts of particles and light, and can be recorded into separate tracks.Features include:• WandsThe foundation of tappr.tv is the wand, which reacts to your taps, swipes, tilts, and buzzes to make beautiful visuals. There are 100s of wands available to play with.• DancesDances are visuals with multiple tracks of wand movements. You can dance to your favorite songs, or create silent dances called loops.• TheaterThis is where you watch and rate dances by the tappr.tv community.- Favorite Artists = displays dances based on your artist subscriptions- Top Rated = displays the top 30 dances on tappr.tv, based on the number of stars- Most Watched = displays the top 30 dances on tappr.tv, based on number of views- Newest = displays the last 30 dances published by the tappr.tv community- Loops = displays loops that aren't set to music, great for doodling and silent relaxation• RatingsTo help the tappr.tv community find the best dances, you can rate the ones you watch from 1 star "OK" to 5 stars "Awesome".• StudioThis is where you create dances. When you select a dance you can see and edit its tracks, change each track's wand, and record wand movements. When you've created a dance you like, you can publish it for others to watch and rate. Once you publish a dance, its data is uploaded to the tappr.tv service and the dance is locked. The best dances are about as long as the song they accompany.• SymmetryFor each track, you can now set a symmetry mode. Symmetry modes include vertical, horizontal, and 2 to 7 mirrors.• Audio Inputwhen editing a track, you can choose between touch and audio input. Audio input takes your voice and translates it into visuals on the screen. Combine audio input with symmetry to create very interesting visuals.• SharingIn the Studio and Theater, you can share dances on Facebook, Twitter, or via Email, with a web-ready URL. When someone clicks that URL, Safari will first navigate to a page at http://tappr.tv, then the user can click the Watch Now link to launch tappr.tv on their iOS device.• Video Out & Play AllYou can attach your iPad or iPad 2 to an HD TV, either wired or via AirPlay, and let tappr.tv shuffle thru all the dances in Favorite Artists or Loops. Great for chillaxin!• Artist SubscriptionsWhen you first launch tappr.tv v4, you'll be asked to enable Scan Music Library, which will analyze your music for your favorite musical artists and subscribe to their "channels". When new dances to songs by those artists are published by other tappr.tv members, you'll receive a push notification and those dances will automatically be downloaded into the Theater.• ProfileHere you can see your stats, what you've been doing, and who has been watching and rating your dances. You can also see your published dances, ranked by their overall views. You'll also receive a push notification whenever someone watches or rates one of your dances.• SettingsManage notifications of newly published dances based on your favorite artists.• LoopsVisuals without music, great for chillaxin.• First Launch UXThis is more interested for first-time users than users who are upgrading.
