Developed by Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., the XARELTO® (rivaroxaban) DocCenter App is designed specifically to give healthcare professionals the latest clinical information about XARELTO®. It features a Renal Function Estimator with two calculation aids: Creatinine Clearance and MDRD GFR (Glomerular Filtration Rate). Inputs include age, race, gender, weight, and serum creatinine. The calculation aids show the formula so an HCP can check his/her work. The XARELTO® DocCenter App also features access to the full US Prescribing Information (PI), Medication Guide, and Dosing Guidelines. Indication-specific educational modules featuring an anatomical model and images are included in the iPad version to use during patient consultations to help explain to patients their condition(s) as well as educate them about how XARELTO® works and why it was prescribed. HCPs can explore the interactive affordability and access tool to find formulary coverage by region.
