HOW IT WORKS
Create launch tickets directly in LaunchTracker. The app will automatically create the LaunchMaster ticket in DockMaster for you. You can also modify an existing launch ticket that was marked as a "launch and retrieve".
1. When the app is launched a list of your customers appears. Scroll to the customer that you want to access or type in a portion of the customer's name, boat name or slip ID and a search is automatically performed.
2. Tap the customer. If the customer has more than one boat, all of their boats are shown and you tap the one you want to create the ticket for.
3. You then create the ticket by selecting Launch, Haul, Retrieve or Other. You can also select whether a Pump Out or Fuel fill is to be added to the ticket.
4. For boats that have been launched using the "Retrieve" function, when you call them back up again the app knows they've been launched and the only choice at this point is to retrieve it.
