Whopping Planes is a very simple video collection application for small kids and toddlers, containing lots of photos, sounds and videos about airplanes, helicopters and other flying things around the world. The app itself is VERY easy to use, so kids can manage with it all by themselves. The app also works completely without network connection, making it a perfect companion for trips.

This free version has 100% functionality and you can use it for free as long as you want and you're not missing anything. This is not a "PLAY FOR FREE and then start consuming your money!" Vast majority of the current active user base is using the app as free as it is. There is only one In-App purchase product for bringing some extra content and functions, such as:
- Unlock the four extra videos which are only short previews now
- Unlock the navigation bar at the bottom for easy favorite video access
- Unlock three more memory game card decks / image sets

To make the purchase:

Please follow the instructions when doing the purchase. For more general info, just tap the blue HELP button on the first screen. From there you can find detailed info about restoring the purchase on other devices, reminder that you have to restart the app after purchase (just tap home button and then launch) and some tricks for the "no sound!!" problem, which usually is caused by: a) mute on, b) zero volume c) airplay output accidentally left on.

The whole Whopping Apps portfolio is done by a father of three toddlers. All the content has been evaluated and picked by the in-house toddler team, so this is really an app from kids to kids! The developer father is just a tool in between. :)

Giddy up! Quite a big update all of a sudden! Added some new features to entertain the little user even more. Are You ready? Here we go:
-= MAIN MENU =-
Yes. The app has a main menu! And this is easy to use: tap the sun to play pairs (aka memory game) and tap the plane to see the videos. Now the messy first page is gone forever and there are no buttons in the video show (besides the exit button to go back to the menu). In the main menu all the functions meant for parents are behind parental gate, so tap and hold the Parents Zone buttons for three seconds to make some more buttons appear. Yes, there are different buttons for moms and dads.
-= DISABLE MAIN MENU =-
If You like the old sk00l design more, the main menu can be switched off from the device’s settings. For our youngest audience, the pairs game and even main menu could be too challenging, so when the main menu is disabled, the app starts directly into the video show. So just go the drives settings and scroll down to “Planes” and disable main menu.
-= SCORE BIG IN PAIRS =-
For users liking the pairs game, there is a little prize: If you score over 30% hit rate in pairs, a completely new video is being unlocked! You can also post your high score screenshot on our Facebook page. The scoring system counts hit rate percentage, so that is pretty challenging for adults too. :)
-= LITTLE THINGS =-
Landscape is now fixed into “home button right” position. And when home button is tapped, it does not kill the process. Little things but big things. Also added some juice here and there to make Your life better. Can You feel it already? :)

Remember to rate the app - especially if You like the new additions! The main menu update will go through the whole app portfolio. Next app in the line is finally Sports Cars, which haven’t been updated in two years or so. How time flies! :)
